As such, we are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak according to the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC . We want to share with you the actions we are taking to help protect our employees and customers.
We’ve advised our employees to follow the public health authorities’ guidance regarding hygiene and social distancing protocols. We’ve reinforced existing Midwest Fence policy encouraging employees who exhibit flu-like symptoms to stay home and consult with a medical professional. Employees will leverage technology to conduct customer correspondence whenever possible. This interaction may take the form of emails, text messages, phone calls or video calls. These measures are meant to be consistent with our core mission statement. Again, with the goal of maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.
